Check out this link about Church's closing in PA..so sad

Cut and paste this website to see all the beautiful Churches in Allentown area that are closing..so sad ...Makes me think about the Billy Joel song "ALLENTOWN" exept the lyric "they're closing all the factories down...is replaced with "they're closing all the Parishes down"...makes me want to cry :(

    I've often thought of you Amy when the news is filled with the closings of these places. I always think if maybe you will be affected in some way. It is always sad to see house of God close for one reason or another. Peace be with you sister in Christ. Love and Faith, st :P~

    Nice to know you are thinking about me. Did you see those pictures of all those 44 churches? They don't build them like some of those anymore with the pretty little steeples and bells that ring. Our ancestors built those Churches you know..many of us who come from either Italy or Ireland or Poland..etc. Those are the things that are sad. Folks are baptised there, married there and some even buried there and then..what is to become of those churches..how could they tear them down..all because folks don't wanna go to mass..more interested in other stuff..folks need to come back to whats important..God..Jesus...Amen!
